Meet The Face Behind CODE 3 Property Inspections, PLLC

I’m Chris DeBord, proud owner of CODE 3 Property Inspections, PLLC.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’m a retired firefighter and paramedic. My career was a fulfilling twenty-two years in the North Dallas area and at the time of retirement, I was a Captain in charge of my own station, crew, and a 100 ft. Platform Ladder Truck. I retired in May of 2017 and continued to pursue my passion for helping people.

I started CODE 3 Property Inspections, PLLC in 2014 as a private business. I was performing annual commercial inspections as a firefighter already, so starting a full-time business of home inspections came naturally. I always enjoy educating my customers. An educated buyer is a good buyer I say!

The journey of running this venture has been a positive and successful one thanks to hard work, perseverance and the support of my family. It is also because of the values I run the business by. I make sure that all the inspections are done with integrity and that our customer service is exceptional. Treat everyone the way you would want to be treated - that’s the secret to excellent customer service.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. Teaching my children this job has given me immense satisfaction in knowing that I have done something good for them.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
